Notice from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on the Publication of the 2021 List of Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Guangdong Province
To the industrial and information technology authorities of all prefecture-level and above cities:
According to the "Measures for the Selection of Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology" (Yue Gong Xin Gui Zi [2020] No. 3), through voluntary enterprise application, preliminary review and recommendation by municipal industrial and information technology authorities, expert evaluation, and online public announcement procedures, the list of specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province for 2021 has been determined. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. A total of 1,459 enterprises including Guangdong Hengjun Industrial and Trade Development Co., Ltd. have been selected as the 2021 Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Guangdong Province (see attachment for the list). The validity period for these enterprises is three years from the date of this notice.
2. Specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises should adhere to the principle of "perseverance in business," focus on niche markets, concentrate on their main business, continuously improve innovation capabilities, enhance core competitiveness, and make new and greater contributions to strengthening and optimizing the real economy, especially the manufacturing sector.
3. Industrial and information technology authorities at all levels should increase efforts to cultivate specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen policy support, provide precise services, continuously enhance enterprises' sense of gain, support the high-quality development of specialized and new enterprises, and guide more small and medium-sized enterprises to follow the path of specialized and new development.
4. Effectively safeguard the "Specialized and New" brand. If a specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprise undergoes a name change or significant changes related to the recognition conditions, it should report the relevant situation; these enterprises should update their information annually as required. Industrial and information technology authorities at all levels must conscientiously perform their duties, provide follow-up services, and conduct supervision and inspection.
